Guilt has a new cover! (also some new formatting in the paperback version).
I’ve been working with designer Jason Anscomb throughout the summer, and the new cover for Guilt is here. If you haven’t gotten your copy yet, Guilt is exclusive to Amazon for now.
I was in Hope Town in the Bahamas last week (where Guilt takes place). Those who have read Guilt (If you haven’t, what are you waiting for? ?) will recognize the lighthouse from the narrative. Here’s a new photo I took last week.
Elbow Reef Lighthouse (the official name) is the last lighthouse of its kind in the world.
The recent Goodreads Giveaway for Guilt is complete. Congratulations to the five winners! Each of the winners will be receiving a signed copy.
Thanks to all entrants!

This 5-star review by reader Bryan Pickett was posted on Goodreads.
I purchased this book to read on my iPad while waiting at airport terminals and sitting on airplanes during an upcoming work trip. I intended only to read a few pages of the first chapter to get a feel for whether or not I’d like it. Well, I liked it so much and it was so well written that I finished it in about two days and didn’t get much else accomplished. It was difficult to put down and I found myself wondering about what might happen next when I did. I hope that there will be more coming from Mr. Black.
